Working Life Schedule

Monday - Friday Only. 

6.30AM: Wake up, preparation to work
7.00AM: Leave home and drive car to LRT station.
7.40AM: Reach LRT station. (Depend the traffic, most late is around 8AM)
8.00AM: Reach LRT changing station.
8.20AM: Reach work place & have a nice breakfast with friend/colleague.
8.35AM: Tag card and get in to the office, clean up mess (work).
9.00AM: Get Ready? START! Start working. Support system, users, modify/test reports,
               playing with SQL Database, study system, programming little bit,
               being interrupt to do some project work, interrupt, very very tiny
               chi-chat with colleagues, drink coffee/tea, joke with colleagues,
               argue, co-operation, team-work, work, work, work, work, work,work.
               Meeting sometimes.
1.00PM: LUNCH TIME (Variety Places)
2.00PM: (Sometimes late a bit) - Support system, users, modify/test reports,
              playing with SQL Database, study system, programming little bit,
              being interrupt to do some project work, interrupt, very very tiny
              chi-chat with colleagues, drink coffee/tea, joke with colleagues,
              argue, co-operation, team-work, playing figures, discussion,
              Meeting sometimes.
6.00PM: Back HOME! Not that fast. Still need clear up some mess then can go back.
              Too early back LRT so crowded, really not want to.
7.00PM: Back HOME for real. LRT & Drive back home.
8.00PM: Reach Home. Sometime cook for myself dinner/takeaway/bath.
9.00PM: Entertainment/study/househore/facebook/whatsapp/chating/singing/recording...
12.00AM: Wash face brush teeth clean up.
12.15AM: SLEEP.

Recovering Phase

As last month, my youngest brother was discharged, and rest in KL home.

Mother is the most noble, who take care him all the time in the house. Nowadays,
all he need is to learn to exercise his leg by sitting on the high plastic chairs.

He can't talk, can't walk, and can't eat. That was difficult for him to do that.
Still, milk feeding/wheat grain blended through his Ryles' Tube into his nose.

No Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy will apply to him, they are too dangerous to him.

Good luck and be positive all the time.

Medulloblastoma

Previously, my youngest brother was entered ward. It's already 2 months in ward till now. 

The brain tumour result was out too. It is called "Medulloblastoma". First time heard this. After asked google, it returned me result:

1. This is bad tumour which is active

2. This tumour is follow patient since born. It happened at age 9-14. 

3. The cure method is chemotheraphy or radiotherapy.

In this two months, he already did operation 4 times after tumour removed 80% operation. It cannot be removed all due to many system nerve will affect some organ part. The operation like change head tube to extract out the water resided in brain, open small hole on throat side to extract phledgme easily, and last one was changed tube to internal body and let the water flow from brain to stomach. 

He went in ICU few times too. Recently a bit awake but still keep fever every late night, till 39 degree celcius. However it will be back to normal temperature when reach morning. In additional, he cannot talk now due to hole on the throat part.

Recently my routine in ward is arranged as below:

Monday to Thursday: 8pm - 11.30pm

Friday and Saturday: 12am - 10am next morning

Sunday: 7pm - 11.30pm

That's the reason I mostly sleep during weekend when day time. 

There are only 3 family members take care of him in KL included me. My mom and eldest brother take care him most of the time. Sometimes my cousins, auntie, helped us to take care him too. We all very appreciate their volunteer to help. 

Back to topic, chemotheraphy is very painful to patient, again he is a boy yet. We are not decide to do that. Heard rhat it just like using lighter to burn your skin, but it happens inside the body. Luckily eldest brother was found a way called "originate point" which is origin from China, founder at year 2009. This method have to run after he discharge from hospital. So, we still waiting the time he discharge, easier for us to take care him. 

Most of the hard time was experienced too in the ward. I believe everything will goes well and discharge soon.

Recently, my youngest brother just done the operation on brain tumour. Currently he is in the hospital slowly recover to normal body.

Flash back last 2 weeks, around that Ching Ming moment, he had started some weird condition. Example like blur, look thing hardly even with spectacle. We are not alert enough. Until my mom inform me he had detected-brain tumour by x-ray.

Passed through a lot of process on consultant in hospital private and government, decided in half private and government hospital at final. I had visited him before the operation. He seem like nothing to afraid, it was good for him.

Doctor had explained that the tumour size similar as orange size. The tumour cannot be removed completely, cover only 80%. Besides, his brain contain a lot of water. It will be extracted out by tube during and after operation. That afternoon I had keep praying on his operation will be successful. Thank god, he had pass through that process.

On next day after operation, I went to the hospital to pay a visit. He was in ICU room. It strictly not allowed many people go in to visit. I managed to enter at last. That moment, my mom and I went in the room together. I saw his body cannot move at all, opened eyes without moving the eyeball. Body stick with the breath tube. His tears keep coming out. I was crying when saw it. My mom even control her heartache feeling. We can understand her feeling.

After few days, he can breath on his own. So, he had been moved to normal ward. Now he is feed with the Ryle's Tube. Mostly he closed his eyes, though he is not sleeping. Even speaking also hard. All I can do is give support to him, to pass through these recover process.
