Final Fantasy

I was knew Final Fantasy series by an amazing Music Video, that's the starting point of me to love the Final Fantasy series. My journey of Final Fantasy is started as below...

Still remember year 1999 or 2000? That moment many English hot music was out and the famous song like Vengaboys-We Liked to Party, Boom Boom Boom Boom, Kiss, and other featuring songs Drive Me Crazy, This is How We Do It and so on, many dance hit songs! My neighbor was borrowed the MTV album to me, VCD at that moment, then I started to enjoy the music videos. At first, I thought it was original music videos, but is not. The whole package is playing the 3D CG animation of beautiful characters, a girl with light blue shirt, a guy with a scar on his face, and the blade was danced with their action..and the scene of dance in the party, a girl teach a guy to dance with those dance musics.

Wow! It is pretty amazing that for me to watch this kind of video, I absolutely attracted by it! Yeah, that was Final Fantasy VIII, out on Playstation and PC version. My girl classmate told me it was Famous game Final Fantasy series, that is the latest one for that moment. Soon, I started related myself with Final Fantasy Stuff.

When I was Form 1, I started to play Final Fantasy IX. That moment I only have PC in my house. Final Fantasy IX is out on Playstation only. To be surprised, that moment an emulator out on PC- called Connectic Virtual Game Station (CVGS), which can play most Playstation games. So, I spent RM40 for the Final Fantasy IX PC version (which based on CVGS Emulator, 5 CDs). Then I was enjoyed the games. Sadly, when at Disk 2, the game was stuck! Black screen after a scene. I still remember is sandstorm scene. After that I cannot play at all! I even search the solution online, ask friends, there is no a solution for this. RM40 wasted! T_T Then, I temporary give up for FFIX.

After a year or something, I purchased FFVIII PC version to play in my PC. Wow! The starting CG Movie is pretty amazing, high graphic, so real! When it is high definition, it stuck in the beginning of the movie CG. I need to change setting in order to let the CG movie can run successfully and can play this game. This is my first time history. Guess what? When I played on CD-3, two school battles each other and suddenly a loud "Crack" sound I heard. What the hell is going on? Walao!! My CD-3 was break into 2 pieces inside CD-ROM 52X. I need to use screw driver to take out the CD-ROM and shake it until all the pieces of CD-3 was cleared out from the CD-ROM. Oh yeah, the price for the FFVIII same, RM40, 5 CDs. I almost break to half after all. My friend had borrowed me the FFVIII PS version Japanese version. I manage to play finish Disk1. After that, the CVGS cannot continue Disk2. That's the reason I buy the PC version.

After two years, I was found out the new Playstation Emulator, called ePSXe to play any PS game, even more 3D graphic! So I do some research on it then I borrowed the FFIX PS Version from friend and burn as my copy. Then I started to play it. Yup, this time I was success to finish the FFIX games on my PC. The FFIX game is quite tough to play actually. Next, I borrowed FFVIII PS Version from another friend as my copy, and same thing I finish the games. Oh yeah, I was complete this game 3 times. I thought I was crazy. This year, I was asking one of the house mate about FFVIII, I thought I was win, but I lose. He was complete it 8 times. So scary movie!

When I was Form 6, I started to collect fund and buy the Playstation 2. Yeah, it is for the purpose to play FFX, FFX-2, and FFXII. I was completing the games finally. The FFX ending is sad, with the sad music. I was touching. FFX-2 the ending depends on player. It has pretty ending if player reach the criteria to show pretty ending. The FFXII is normal. But the battle system is turn out to be special, movable when fighting.

When in university, I was played back the Final Fantasy VII PS version. The download version has problem, so I invest again on FFVII, 3CDs. Then using ePSXe Emulator to play. Then, the last few years we sure had notice the Final Fantasy VII Advent Children movie, that shows how famous of Final Fantasy. The previous Final Fantasy movie, I do not like it at all, sucks. FFVII-Dierge of Cerberus the movie available also. Recently just finish playing the FFVII-Dierge of Cerberus PS2. I think Final Fantasy series is better keep follow its famous RPG style. 

In conclusion, I like most of the Final Fantasy series, the stories, the characters, guardian forces, chocobos and the kupo! The most big attraction is when play the games, the CG animation will be played in order to continue the story. This is the specialty of FF. In the future, I think I will get a PS3 in order to play Final Fantasy XIII, though I was finish watching the gameplay of FFXIII. Then, I hope Square Enix will develop movie of FFVIII, FFIX or either series. Do not just focus on Final Fantasy VII. Boring already....

Pokemon

Recently, my house mate was attracted by the Pokemon games. Now the mobile Java game is available - MeBoy emulator which is operated on the Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone as Game Boy Emulator.

The memorable Pokemon games are Pokemon Yellow, Red, Gold, Crystal and etc version. The latest not available.Imagine that we use hand phone to play Pokemon games, it just like play with your virtual Gameboy!

Now he almost play that Pokemon games 24 hours (U r lying!-.-) Maybe is so memorable games for him.For me, I more love the Pokemon anime series starting, with Team Rocket, cute and the old Pokemon. New Pokemon I am still not used to it. It is cute and funny!~ I'm lovin it!

1st Time DOTA Tournament

This is my first time to join the DOTA game. Well, I am still fresh on the DOTA game.Thanks to my DOTA group leader for pick me as one of the contestant.After that, I have gained the experience on my first time game competition.

Start from last year, my house mate and I start to learn play DOTA. DOTA is really a good, strategy and excited games. There are a lot of hero can be used. So, the play style is changing always, not fixed one.When in game, I'm just a little nervous. Maybe game competition is more interesting...

First of all, we won at the first round after remake the game with same hero.With the unsatisfied computer specification, lag, freeze and hang of the game.Well, the next round, we had lose. A lot of reasons were listed out, like team members doing mistakes, connection lag, and so on. Is it hero problem? I do not know, only leader know.The computer lag make the attacker cannot farm quickly and lose accuracy.I believe that the technical problem is the main reason of game lose.And, the player each year is more professional if compare with last few years.

Still remember last year all friends and I went to campus for support them. They were experiences blue-screen problem about 3 times. The strategy which has been used that the opponent already know. Again, that opponent is outsider.After lose the game, the team leader is totally sad and sleep whole day after competition.I can understand his feeling.I still keep the team leader "gloomy face" photo last year...want to see? SECRET SECRET* (This year no more~)

Although we had lose in game, the experiences which has gained is worth :) The game is exciting after all!    

Bloxorz

I know i know...after next week, the two weeks holidays for us is coming. What a delightful holidays for Hari Raya Aidilfiltri.Well, a lot of plans has created and imagined in my mind...for video games, games, mix with old friends, watch new movies...and unwanted task-Final year project development initial stage, and study a lot of subject. After two weeks...continuous test is coming...so horror combo!

Argh!!!!When think about this I am very annoy...Take time to relax first! My friend introduce this game - Bloxorz which can play directly online. (Miniclip)

It is a puzzle games. Really use mind and strategy! I was attracted to it. However, I know how to control not to play too much...so far I only reach level 6. Noob right? hehe

Game Master

Are you a game master? Tell you a SECRET, my hostel has many game masters...

What is the role of game master? In my explanation is teaching new player to play the video games, computer games and any other games.

For example, when I play the new game, I do not know how to play or not expert on it. ATTENTION!!! Game master at this time will appears and rescue me. Standing behind my back and give proper instruction and strategy. I quite "ok" with the master guide. If always given the guide I will feel boring and I will cast my "TOXIC MOUTH" skill.

From my observation, I feel that not many people like listen to the game master.Especially the game master is comes to give help by willingly without the player request.  Maybe they feel that they are too or professional in most of the game, so the new player should follow his or her guide. Somehow, the people who given the guide, that guide not always helps player win the game, sometimes it helps new player to lose the game. At this time, game master is really shameful, isn't it? (See, the sacrifice part of the Game Master)

The game master might think all he did is most logic and proper way to win the game. In reality, different people has different thinking. Although is playing a game or video game.I believe there is a lot of different technique to win the games, isn't it?

For the best result, the game master should only give proper guide on the new player. The later game should let the player to think on themselves, develop then. Furthermore,if the player already know how to play and like to play in his way. The game master will interrupt and said that the player technique is not right and should follow his strategy. Well, not many people like to listen unless he has request the game master to do so.

Anyway, if want to play a new game, do not worry about too much the knowledge on new game. There will be at least a game master around you and given the proper guide to play.

Resident Evil VS Silent Hill

These two famous popular horror video games make me “freak”! Sure, there is the difference between Silent Hill and Resident Evil.

When playing Resident Evil, I will feel “excited” and randomly scared by the zombie. They appear suddenly and direct attack the main character, if not paying attention. So, always be careful and defense is important in this game. The previous series of Resident Evil is more horror than the latest. Some series zombie is disgusting, and a bit sanguinary. I remember start from the resident evil 4, the zombie can use saw to kill main character (LEON). It will show he use saw to saw the neck of LEON and LEON directly die, of course, the blood is spread out at the same time. So far, I was played the RE2, RE3, RE4, and currently RE5. RE1 lazy to try…too many latest game out, cannot catch up some more.

When playing Silent Hill, the feel is totally different with Resident Evil. Silent hill throw u to the city of silent hill, and no one here, if got, there are weird human? Monster? Or ?? The thing is the monster in silent hill is not so horror. (I think the design not so freak). U will feel horror by the atmosphere of the surrounding. The famous place or background level is always hospital, hotel, school, church and so on. The main character always will bring a torch light and search the dark place. Here, i will be scared what i will going to “shine” on the monster or what…horror feel in the heart…I was played the SH1,SH3, SH4, SH5, SH Origin. Now left for the latest one "Shattered Memories". 

The SH3 makes me feel surprise and fun! Why? The main character of SH3 is a girl, forget her name already, her personality really special. When she faces the monster and notice in this weird town, she will scold, and yelling, totally spread out the feeling of WTF. I still remember the ending is ‘fun’ too. After the girl was defeat the boss, the ending shows the girl walks toward his stranger (uncle). Uncle asks her: “Is it all over?” She replied: “No. Because, you are not die yet!” Uncle was shocked. She added “I joking!! ~hahahahaa” …=.=’’’ However, the latest is horror and not more fun…  

Anyway, who want to try the horror game and test the “bravery”, can try these famous game.
